HOLIDAYS + STRESS + SHOPPING + EATING OUT = I fell off the wagon. (ANYONE ELSE?) :blushing: I already gained some of my weight back...UGH! GETTING BACK ON THE WAGON!

ASTHMA CONTROL (?) (!)
I was diagnosed with "middle-age" asthma @ age 46. In attempt to control my asthma: I have been on steroids for over 2 years. Every 2 weeks I receive 3 asthma shots. I am also on several other asthma maintenance medicines. (as well as an antibiotic every other month or so). I am seeing a lung specialist. Who, by the way…
