Hello I am new to this and would like some friendly encouragement. I have been at this for only 3 weeks!
I am kicking my butt excercising 5 days a week, running 3 days and kick boxing 2 days, and staying with in my 1200 calories...... but i am not using all of my excercise calories earned....... Could this be the problem??? I'm so frustrated because I thought I was doing good!!!! :sad:
