Would like some friends
I am new here. Would really like some friends to be part of this journey with me. I have high goals for myself and want to live a healthier, happier life. Also, I would really enjoy having people to talk about different healthy meal and snack recipes :)
Mason Jar Meal/Snack help
I am looking for some different mason jar recipes. I am wanting to start making proportioned meals in mason jars for breakfast, and lunch, possibly dinner but also some snacks. If you have any recipes please let me know the ingredients, instructions and nutritional facts... Thank you everyone!
