Type 1 diabetics?
I've been a type 1 diabetic for 14 years now, for about 10/14 years i haven't taken care of myself... until recently! Anyone out there have any advice from a personal experience?

Tuna? Yay or Nay?
I love tuna- I often put it on my salad (I dont add mayo- just chunk light canned tuna in water) Any reason I shouldnt be eating it? Just curious. :)
