need help regarding weight loss
Hi All, I joined this a few weeks back & ever since I started counting my calories I lost about 15 lbs in 3 weeks but from 4rth week my weight loss is really really slow. Just 1-1.5 lbs a week at the most. I'm counting calories & also I work out for 1-1.30hrs 5 days a week. I'm not able to understand why I'm not loosing…
