Hello I am glad I heard about this website. My mom has joined and has got me started. I hope to get 90 lbs off that I have gained back. I once lost 120 lbs but gained back 90 of it due to some of my meds make you gain weight. Which has made it difficult to loose. I hope this program will help me get back on track.
