I am in 'ONE'derland.....woo hoo!
It's been over 20 years since I have weighed less than 200 lbs. But on Monday I weighed in at 198.....Life just keeps getting better and better! For those that have significant weight to lose. You can do this! Take one day at a time and do not let one bad meal turn into several. And MOVE MOVE MOVE.....it was so hard for me…
