How do you squeeze in time to exercise?
I can't figure out how to carve out enough time to really exercise. How do you all do it? BTW, not much I can give up at the moment to accommodate for exercise. I am tapped out.

I have PCOS and have never heard about the carb issue. Please enlighten me. How many carbs should I eat? Maybe that is my biggest issue.

To tell or not to tell?
Do you tell others that you are embarking on a new weight loss effort? I am struggling with telling my partner, work associates and friends. I find when I open my mouth I tend to enter the sabotage zone.
