I just wanted to share my 2 week progress because I'm really proud of myself. I've only lost 6 lbs but I notice a difference. I've been doing Level 1 of the 30 day shred until I can do it without stopping, along with routines from XHIT's youtube page. (took me forever to figure out how to add image)
