80 lbs lost
I had a gastric sleeve 6 months ago. I still need to tone things up but this is the difference thus far. I went from a 22 jean to a 13/14. I'm 5'7 and my weight went from 260 to 180.

question to ppl who have had weightloss surgery
I'm post from getting a sleeve done, I'm terrified of throwing up. when you start the meat spread phase. what are some good foods to test with. I don't want to eat blended meat. I'm just moving to that phase and I worry I'm going to get something stuck.
