I started just a little over a year ago weight almost 160 pounds. I look at photos of myself and wonder how on earth was I able to breath. I looked like I was suffocating. As of today I weigh in at 176.4! I'm still a good ways away from hitting a healthy target range but Im slowly headed that way!
Anyone want to be my friend? I'm 29 yrs old and recently got put on meds for high blood pressure. I am more motivated that ever to get this weight off! Its very discouraging when you log on and no one is posting what they are eating or exercising! Help! lol
