This is the 3rd week that i have neither gained or lost weight. i'm happy i haven't gained but i'm annoyed that i could of potentially lost at least 3 to 6lbs over that time :( last week i decided to up on the exercise intensity and be more strict with my food but it still hasn't changed my weight?!? my TOTM is coming up…
