Returning to the "fold"
I've been gone from the site for about six months or so. It's time to rejuvenate my juices. I've not exercised due to an injured foot which also cut out working outside (and then there's the humidity which my post menopausal body just doesn't care for). New to site and ready to go
I'm going to use this site to keep me motivated and going. I can't believe the fact that this is free! Weight Watchers is about $15 a month for the same thing. To paraphrase Frost, I have pounds to go before I rest. I have much to do for myself -- walking, eating better, eating LESS, some resistance exercises.
