Hi, I've been on here for a while just to see how it goes but am now starting to use the site more seriously. I have a question though. Many of the foods are listed as by cup, what is the official size of the cup? Are we talking espresso coffee or a yard of ale or perhaps something in between!
So I'm planning on going for a swim straight after work; I can't eat before I go so need something quick and healthy for when I get back. Over the summer I have been eating salads but now the nights are drawing in and the temperature is dropping salad is off the menu. Suggestions please. Many thanks Nell.
