First time trying mfp have tried many other things but I get bored easily. Also looking to meet new people and help them in their journey too. Looking to lose about 35 pounds but more get myself in the shape I want to be in :)

Biggest Loser?
Anyone going to be using the kinect with the biggest loser? Curious to if it works or not. I am also doing P90x I just wanted to a little lighter work out for my off days.

2 double days ahead
So I am trying to cut down on junk food and this weekend is going to be rough because I work two double shifts. Anyone have any advice for me to stay healthy and to not keep munching on junk items we have in back?
