Hello All New here... Had a recent scare with chest pains.... still waiting for final results (should be about another 2 or 3 weeks) fingers crossed. Time to evaluate the weight situation, for mainly health reasons. Not doing to bad at the moment, lost 16lbs (1 stone 2lbs)
