So I am new to the sight and I have been eating under the calories it says to consume. Well after I input it is says how I should eat a minimum of 1200 calories or my body will or is in "starvation mode"...... Well I am NOT hungry. Should I eat more to reach the goal?? My main deficit is in carbs, but I try to avoid too…

So I want to start the couch to 5K and I was looking into the applications for Google Play. I know there is the one by active.com and the other by RunDouble c25k Which application have you used. Is it worth it? If paid for is it worth the money?? Thanks <3
