:smile: i don't know if i'm doing this correctly...anyway i just joined about 2 hr. ago. and really don't know what i'm doing. i have lupus n fibromyalgia and its time to get serious and lose some weight. i married and have 3 wonderful grandkids, Kelsey, Kameron and Leah Marie.
