Hi there! I am Liz! I am 4 yrs old, have 4 kiddos plus a daughter in law and 2 grand-babies :) Today I started on my journey to lose 20 lbs - woohoo! Today was my first day at bootcamp and although it absolutely killed me I am really excited to get in shape and just feel better in general. Anyways - hello everyone!
