I am a 58 y/o female looking to loose 30 pounds in 60 days.My weightis 281 pounds and I am 5'4" tall making my BMI 50. I am looking at the short term goal of 2 & 1/2 pounds a week. If I succeed I can be a canidate for weight loss surgery. Is there anyone out there who can help me stay accountable?
