Help me get out of this plateau,please!
Hi all, Since I've joined mfp I've lost 19 pounds then put on 4 over Christmas, lost that and now I've hit a plateau and can't get out of it. I'm 27 , 5'7", and currently weigh 238.I eat about 1500 calories a day, I run 4 times a week (training for a 10k race in july) and doing 30 DS 5 times a week. Can someone please help…
