Weights - Personal Best!
So today while bench pressing, my trainer told me that one of the girls in our gym did 169 pounds (before I was the record holder of 159 pounds)...I told my trainer, I need to break that. He put the weights on and I lifted 175 pounds and did ten reps!!! Record is still mine!!!
