I'd like to start a weekly weigh in. I think it would motivate me to try to do well all week, and give me a sense of accountability. So here goes: Tuesday, April 22, 2014 Starting weight: 218 lbs. My goal is to lose 1-2 lbs a week. Slow and steady.
