WW for 1 week and gained 3 lbs!
I used MFP off & on for awhile and then got an e-mail from WW and thought, hmmm let's try it and see what happens. Well in 1 week I gained 3 pounds and didn't even eat all the "points" in a day I was supposed to eat.
