Calorie intake confusion
i dont know what to follow. i got my body fat % done (I have roughly 25.7% which is healthy range) and then had my BMR calculated (1440) to find out how much i should eat to get to my goal weight (SW: 147 GW:135) and it says i should eat around 1700 cals. but when i try this on MFP it says 1270 cals. which do i follow?…
