First day home
hii guys! Surgery was yesterday. I had the lab band removal and got the sleeve on top of removing a large hernia any advised...I've been walking and taking my meds but I'm still in pain and his long before all of these wears off??

Hi guys, I am 7 days per surgery getting the sleeve. I am on day one of this liquid diet and i was told no dairy, for my protein drinks it has to be whey-isolated-based or soy based....and these are nasty lol i cant take this....do you guys have any tips hints or ideas on how to make this taste better??

Lap Band-Food Blockage
Am I the only one that has this issues?? I had the lap bad back on 2007 and eating has been a real struggle the past 3-4 year!
