Good idea or bad idea?
Now that I'm finally in the routine of counting calories and working out, I'm wanting to get a HRM. Which kind have you found to be the most accurate?
I know people who count calories for 6 days a week and have 1 day of eating whatever they like (but without going too far over their calorie count)... I would like to start doing this maybe after a month of it but I'm not really sure if it's really healthy... any advice?
I'm new to the calorie count and so I'm needing some ideas for healthy meals that are also tasty. I'm open to all suggestions. Thanks in advance!! :)
