Eating plan guide for 1200 calories
Hi, Ok, I going to give it a proper go and rid myself of this weight. I'm going to start off with a 1200 calorie intake, but I need some guidance as to how to break up the 1200 calories into meals and snacks. Any suggestions? Thanks in advance. Katrina.
