Mornings (Delightful or Dread it) - LARDio
Hey All, Im new here, posted my introduction and wanted to say hi here too. Started my workouts today, just proper diet, I hope and cardio.. (LARDio) So, do you do your workout / running in the morning..? 6-7 am ..? Im not really fond of early.. but would love to hear your best practices on what gets you going.. early-bird…
