Ok I am diabetic and having a problem with keeping my blood sugar up at night after I work out. I have tried eating extra carbs, not taking as much insulin but I always drop in the middle of the night. The problem is then I have to eat/drink somthing to get it back up and I am afraid of going over my calorie limit besides…
