Will be day 5 for me tmrw, pure cardio. Unfortunately the disc skips a lot making it hard to work out to. Which workout would be the best substitute?
Hi, I've recently put on half a stone, not happy. So starting tmrw it's time to shift it and tone up! Going to be starting Insanity, looking for others who are starting it and have started it to help keep me motivated.
