Day Four & Sore!
Day 1: I literally felt like I was going to have a heart attack, I had to take my inhaler over 6 times but pulled through and finished. So, I have a VERY sick 6 month baby girl who just wants her mommy (I don't mind of course). However, I'm exhausted. So I just finished Day 5 and it keeps getting easier and easier for me. I'm currently doing Level 1, however I think after this week I'm going to bump myself up to Level 2. How are you all feeling?
