So my mother and I are doing the meal prep mondays thing... We are going out today to buy our food... but I cant go a full week without a cheat day or at least a cheat meal. Bah!
I'm ready to change my life for the better... but I'm ready to try new things too... clean eating, different workouts, more running, weight training, cycling... the possibilities are endless and I'd be more than grateful for new friends, insight, ideas, stories - anything to keep me pumped!
