I find that the longer I go at watching what I eat, I crave more and more nutritious foods. Like, instead of craving ice cream yesterday, I was craving peanut butter and apples. It felt like a small victory to me! I'm curious to know what kinds of healthy foods you guys are craving on this journey to health and happiness :)
