Polar FT40 HRM
I just ordered my Polar FT40 HRM as an early 30th Bday present to myself (although my Bday isn't until March 17).....I'm so excited!! Just wondering who else has one and your experience with it?? Is it easy to use?

Egg and Banana pancakes!
Just tried out a new recipe that I got from a friend the other day....yummy!! 1 banana 1 whole egg 1 egg white Mash banana up and add in the eggs, stir really well. Then just cook like you would a regular pancake!

Exercise and Calories??
MFP recommends that I take in 1330 calories per day....If I reach that amount and then burn off say 200 calories with exercise that day, do I eat back that 200? Or do I stay at 1130 calories for the day?? Sorry this might be a dumb question but for some reason I'm not sure. Thanks!

Under my allowed calories???
I was wondering is it bad to be under your allowed calories for the day? Or does your body need that amount in order to lose weight?? I just started logging on here yesterday and both yesterday and today I have been around 200-300 under! Also when I start excercising more do I need to increase the calories that I eat? This…
