Calorie Range ?
I'm new here and got a calorie allotment of 1200 cals. I came over from another website that have me a range of 1200-1550 to Reach my goal weight. When I was on that site I tended to stick to the high end. Why is MFP set so low and should I adjust for maybe somewhere in the middle? When I eat only 1200 I feel like I am…
