Hi I am new to myfitness pal and I have been trying to lose 5kg for years now. My main issue is dieting but I have not given up hope yet and I am hoping to achieve this by Christmas. Feel free to add me so that I can get all the moral support I need.
Goals are set with the hope of being achieved. Most often these goals do not get achieved because of various reasons.
