Time to appreciate me
I am so very tired of starting and restarting. It is time to appreciate, value and feel worthy of losing weight for me. I am a 66 year old female living in the Sacramento, Ca area and it is long past time for not taking very good care of myself. I don't want to fail again. I need encouragement like so many of you out there.
