Hi I'm new..... Losing inches...... hopefully lbs soon !!
I'm Jessica and I've been tracking (sort of) my food and excersise for a couple of months. I think I've lost a total of 4 lbs. not a big wieght loss but a start. I'm amazed at how many calories a person can eat if you don't track them. I've been pretty good about hitting the gym and running a few miles 3 or 4 days a week.…
