"Frugal Vegan" book
I borrowed "Frugal Vegan" by Katie Koteen and Kate Kasbee from my local library and loved it! I copied a bunch of recipes; it includes everything from Asian to Mexican dishes, with lots of tasty sauces and desserts, too. Has anyone cooked from this book?

Veggie pastas
