How do you motivate yourself to get to the gym? Especially those of you who work a lot and/or are not a morning person? I *really* want to lose this weight and have seen some good results so far. Confused on BMR and calorie intake.
Am I correct in thinking that you should NOT eat less than your BMR to lose weight? But you should eat less calories than your TDEE? I'm 5'4" and about 200 +/-. I've calculated my BMR at 1720 and my TDEE at 2370. MFP's guided plan says I should be eating 1200. I thought that was too low and upped it to about 1400 which is…

Trouble staying under daily sugar limits..
