Approaching weight goal, but now I dont know how to 'sculpt'
Hi, I weighed 202 lbs a few months ago, down to 178, with a goal of 175. I'm 5'10, (not the tall and skinny type), so 175 is a pretty healthy weight I think. Although a good amount has come off my stomach, I have no definition at all. I've just been doing a ton of cardio, and if I keep doing that, I'll keep losing weight…
