What to do?
I am sick and I had the day off of work and working out (INSANITY day off) yesterday but today I have to work and workout even though I'm still feeling like death. Any advice on what I can do to make it through this workout tonight without dying?

Small change but I am proud!
I've been eating healthy and I'm on day 8 of insanity and I feel like I can see small changes Before After (I hope the pictures work!) Only 53 days left!

Insanity workout
How do I chart my workout if I am doing the Insanity workouts? Or should I just not chart it and hope I'm working out enough?
