New and interested in a Walking Challenge until Turkey Day!
Hello, I'm 32 yrs. old and weigh 143 lbs. I'm looking to lose between 30 - 40 lbs. I'm starting today and I'll be doing the Leslie Sansone DVDs. I'm starting with the 1 and 2 mile today.
