VGS 5 Years Out - Keto?
I've regained 30 pounds and am giving keto a whirl...but not sure if it is for me. Anyone else who had weight loss surgery been successful doing keto a few years out? Thanks.

Do you count Calories on Keto?
Curious if you to keep to a calorie goal under keto? I know most people measure fat, protein and carbs....but what about calories?
