Lost 4.5kg in 2 weeks
Since I started using the free calorie counter app I feel so much better. I feel so much more in control of what I am eating and when I eat it. With this new awareness and focus due to the app I have lost 4.5kg in 2 weeks. Feeling great!

Potasium and Sodium
After 2 weeks into MFP I have noticed the trend of not getting enough Potatisum and Sodium... anyone that can help with some suggestions.

New to the MFP - r u ready to gain some momentum
A few days into the concept of MFP and cant stop thinking about loosing the calories. It think it is the awareness of what you eat, how calories you consume and the impact the exersice have. Great tool to use and I am hoping to loose 10kg as soon as possible. Someone else ready to loose some weight?
