I always thought it was 1700-1800 for a woman to maintain her weight....and 1500 cals/day to lose. I know working out adds more room for more cals...but then I see people with 1200. Just wanted to say I tried the Jello Sugar Free Mousse Temptations...there is a dark chocolate one and some caramel creme....YUM!!! So if you need a low cal snack for your sweet tooth I would HIGHLY recommend it :)
So I have discovered how awesome and healthy spaghetti squash is...and love it! I use it instead of pasta now and don't miss it at all :) Does anyone have any other healthy...low calorie spaghetti squash recipes besides the one I usually make with just pasta sauce and veggies?
