Is it realistic for me to lose 10kg in 10 weeks?
I am a dedicated 17 year old female who knows alot about nutrition - I was curious to know if it would be possible for me to lose 10kg in 10 weeks? I weigh 73kg and am 175cm tall. I am already very fit and am looking at running 6km 5 days a week as I enjoy exercise. I will eat 1200 calories a day of healthy food, no more…
