Wanted to say hello
My name is Marsha, I had a gastic sleeve surgery on Oct.8,2012. My starting weight was 222 lbs. My current weight is 199 lbs The problem is I am at a stand still. I have went back and forth from 199 to 198 then back to199 for the past six days. It just seems like I havent lost very much. Any suggestions?:frown:
