Any identical twins here?
I am an identical twin. Two men, same DNA, identical everything... Only I have 50lbs on him (used to be 85 lbs). Its tough because he looks just like you but he is in great shape and so we're constantly judged together. I can't complain though, he's a great guy and is keeping me motivated. Who says eating right has to suck?
My delicious dinner tonight. Whole wheat bun, 1/4 lb extra lean ground beef, tomato, onion, a tiny tiny bit of light mayo and an over easy egg with a side of sweet potato fries. Absolutely incredibly delicious and only 550 calories
